Investors Business Daily reports on a critically ill baby being sent to the US for care it can not receive in Canada.

This is the healthcare system we are told we should emulate. Where will we send our critical cases when Obama-care is enacted. I guess they will be expected to act “honorably” and just die to save us the inconvenience and expense.
